We deliver fresh flowers and gifts around Vienna from Monday – Friday, except on public holidays. However we deliver on certain holidays that fall on weekends, such as Mother’s Day and Valentine’s Day.

We are closed for 3 weeks in August and 3 weeks over Christmas and New Year.

As we are an online business, you can preorder at any time of the day. 

Our flower selection changes on a weekly basis, depending on what is fresh and in season. 

Every Monday morning we curate the bunch of the week for you with the most beautiful, fresh and seasonal flowers our local growers have to offer.

We then post a photo of an example bunch on our social media accounts and in our newsletter and list out the flowers we are using. Each weekday we deliver a range of bunches, containing any combination of these flowers. Your bunch may look like the photo though it may not be exactly the same. 

Most weeks we also offer a Mono Bunch, consisting of a single variety of flowers. The Mono Bunch offer, depends on the seasonal availability as well as what is growing en masse at our growers at that time of the year.

We source flowers from local flower farms in and around Vienna.

Occasionally and especially during the cold winter months, we also use flowers from sustainable flower farms in Europe. 

We choose to use primarily local flowers as it supports our community and reduces our carbon footprint remarkably.

With our Mixed Bunch, we now offer two sizes of arrangements.
8-10 stems for € 29
18-20 stems for € 55
Our Mono bunches may vary in size depending on the value of the flowers on your delivery day,  for example, Ranunculus come with a larger quantity than Peonies, as there is a significant difference in value.

Yes of course! We have a selection of sustainable gift products for you, that can be added to your flower order during the online ordering process.

Yes sure, all our bunches include a short personal message on our beautifully designed cards, handwritten by us, from your behalf!
Once you have added a bunch to your cart, you can match it with one of our cards, specially made for any occasion or vibe.

Please ensure you sign off with your name so your recipient knows who send the flowers. We don’t include your name on the note unless you have written it in your message, as some senders prefer to remain anonymous.
Yes we do, but we are here for all your last minute moments (“oh no it’s my besties birthday tomorrow and I forgot to get a gift”).
For same-day deliveries you must place your order until 12:30pm – Vienna time, unless we sell out prior.
We suggest preordering your bunches is always the best option. You can do that any time of the day 🙂
Orders placed after 12.30 pm will be delivered the next business day. We will notify you via email to let you know when you can expect your delivery to be made.
We offer a mixed or mono bunch flower subscription, on a weekly, fortnightly or monthly basis. 

Your account will be automatically debited on the day you make your purchase and each subsequent week, fortnight or month depending on your subscription frequency, when each new bunch gets delivered. 

Subscriptions can be paused or cancelled at any time.

Please note:

You can only order 1 subscription per person.

If you would like the subscription to run, for example for 6 weeks, please only order once and then cancel after the 6th delivery. Do not order 6 subscriptions.

If one of your flower bunches is due on a public holiday, during our holidays or over Christmas, you’ll receive it on the next business day.

If you’re going away, you can always pause your flower subscription through your account and we’ll put it on hold until you return.

We now deliver all across Vienna via bike and our e-car.

Residential Address:
Please ensure that we will be able to gain access to the building.
If the address is within a secure building, please ensure that the recipient will be home on the day of delivery or alternatively specify a safe location where the flowers can be left.
If we cannot leave the flowers in a safe location, they will be returned to our studio and we will need to re-deliver the flowers. If we need to re-deliver flowers, we have to charge an additional delivery fee of 10€.


Hospital Address:
Please provide the name of the hospital, the name of the ward and bed number if possible. In our experience, some patients are admitted to hospital under their maiden surname so if possible please include this in addition to their married surname.


Business Address:
Please provide the name of the business and whether the flowers should be delivered to reception, a loading dock or building concierge.
We aim to deliver all our orders by 5:30pm.
PLEASE NOTE: We cannot accommodate requests for delivery before 10am. We will attempt to accommodate requests for morning delivery after 10am but this isn’t always possible as we deliver in the morning to a limited number of districts only and these vary depending on our capacity. We will let you know on the morning of delivery if we can’t accommodate your request.
If your request is urgent please call us. We can generally accommodate afternoon requests.
Once your bunch is delivered you will receive an email confirmation.

Please take some time to find out if the recipient will be available to receive the delivery and whether an alternative address ( maybe a workplace? ) would be better. In the case where nobody is home, we’ll do our best to find a safe and shady spot for them at the property listed on the order and will always leave the flowers in water. If you have any special delivery instructions ie. a code for an apartment building please let us know on the order page.

We want your loved one to receive their flowers so please double check their address is correct before ordering, including the apartment number and door number or house and provide us with as much information as possible to help us to a successful delivery.
If you provide us with the wrong address and we find out during delivery, someone answers the door and tells us, we will contact you and attempt a same-day re-delivery if the right address is in the same district at no additional cost.
If the other address is in another district we will have to re-schedule and charge you additonal 10€ to ensure same day delivery.
If no one answers the door, we have no way of knowing that the address is wrong so we’ll leave the delivery at the address listed on the order. It’s up to you if you want to collect the flowers from the incorrect address.
If you need to change your recipient’s address or any other order details, please contact us by 10:30am on the day your order is due to be delivered. Feel free to contact us up until 12.30pm, though we cannot guarantee any changes after 10:30am because your order may already be on its way.
