WHAT TIME WILL MY BUNCH BE DELIVERED? CAN I GET THEM DELIVERED AT A CERTAIN TIME?
WHAT IF I ENTER THE WRONG ADDRESS WHILE ORDERING?
WHAT HAPPENS IF NOBODY IS AT HOME?
Please take some time to find out if the recipient will be available to receive the delivery and whether an alternative address ( maybe a workplace? ) would be better. In the case where nobody is home, we’ll do our best to find a safe and shady spot for them at the property listed on the order and will always leave the flowers in water. If you have any special delivery instructions ie. a code for an apartment building please let us know on the order page.
WHAT IF THE BUNCH IS TO BE DELIVERED AS PART OF MY SUBSCRIPTION OVER A HOLIDAY PERIOD, OR WHILE I AM AWAY?
If one of your flower bunches is due on a public holiday, during our holidays or over Christmas, you’ll receive it on the next business day.
If you’re going away, you can always pause your flower subscription through your account and we’ll put it on hold until you return.
